Julie, went out of her way to provide the services we needed. She suggested various restaurants and venues which helped so much as we were over 8000 miles away from the city of our wedding. She took our sometimes, vague ideas and made them happen just the way we wanted them. I can't say enough about the high quality of her service and would totally recommend her for any wedding being planned.

BEFORE Wedding: She is amazing! She has been able to pick up from one idea to the next without hesitation! (I tend to keep changing my mind) Julie also has a great sense of budget friendly ideas along with her theater background her ideas are just what we are looking for! AFTER Wedding: Hands down the BEST decision I made, especially with a destination wedding. Julie was and is amazing. She pulled the whole thing together for us. She put together the whole reception room, I left it a hotel room and came back to a very personalized Vegas reception! And for everyone who is worried about a budget, just talk to her!! I know she has discounts for a number of different organizations, industries and people. –She is worth it! Here are some of her ideas that she came up with that I loved: Big oversized pictures (our e-pics) on the main doors of the suite. Cute little cube/dice pictures on tables. Julie did a great job coordinating the day of the wedding. There were some minor issues that arose and Julie handled them without me nor my husband knowing about them until the next day.

Julie Lyford organized and planned my retirement party! It was a "fabulous function." She planned the decorations, the menu, the music and entertainment. Most important, she managed to locate former students of mine, going back to 1963. Some of them attended the party and many of them sent cards for a beautiful book that Julie Lyford assembled. It was a night I will always remember, and I know that several of my faculty colleagues said it was the best retirement party they had ever attended.
