Jan's Custom Cakes

Jan was wonderfully helpful and adaptive to our idea for our wedding cake. We were married in the fall in a barn and so we wanted carrot cake with cream cheese filling and caramel drizzled on top- we came with a picture of a Martha Stewart cake and she delivered an amazing interpretation of it. The cake was moist, perfectly flavored and so country style which is exactly what we wanted. We will certainly be returning to Jan to have her cook an anniversary cake for us instead of freezing the cake and ruining such beautiful work! She also took the stress out of delivery- she snuck the cake into the lower level of the barn while we were all busy having dinner and so it was a lovely surprise when we came downstairs to cut the cake to see my handmade cake toppers already on the cakes and everything done without us having to lift a finger. She was a sweetheart too and we can't wait to see her again.

This cake was awesome. My wife and I had a blast and everyone enjoyed the detail, and the taste of the cake. Jan was great to work with and she was quick. Making this event a less stressful one. Thank you so much Jan. I recommend Jan for all cake details.

I would highly recommend Jan's Custom Cakes to anyone. The cake for our wedding was decorated beautifully and tasted amazing. She made 3 different kinds of cakes for us and she doesn't charge more for additional cake kinds. She is great to work with and very experienced. Her prices are very good as well!

Our cake turned out gorgeous, was very yummy, and exactly as we wanted. It was delivered to our reception site and also she worked directly with the florist for the flowers we wanted.
