Leisha was so understanding and helpful everytime I went to Pearls and Lace. I had a horrible experience and Leisha helped me fix it (when most other places would of never)! I would highly recommend Pearls & Lace.

Leisha & Franzenah are the most incredible women I've ever met. They make you feel SO beautiful and are so kind and patient. They make sure that you are 100% happy!!

When I went to try on dresses for the first time, I walked in to the store not sure of what to expect. I have seen "Say Yes to the Dress" more than my fair share, so had watched many women experience this before me. I was told, don't let the sales associates be pushy, don't let them talk you into a higher priced dress, etc. I was a bit nervous if I would even find "the one". At first I was skeptical with the size of the store, but as soon as the ladies came up, listened to my wants and wishes, they soon pulled out TONS of dresses that were all beautiful and right up my ally. I eventually did find "the one" and it was a floor model. The ladies made me feel beautiful, were not pushy or trying to sell me something, and were very patient. They put my dress on hold while I thought about it, and went back to buy it that day. The customer service was excellent, and truly enjoyed my experience of trying on wedding dresses! I highly recommend Pearls and Lace.

Leisha was fantastic! She was such a gem to work with and responded VERY quickly to any concerns or questions I had. Their prices are reasonable and service great to boot! The only thing I did not like was that their shop is not open late often and their weekend hours are a little limited.

I ordered a dress that they didn't carry and Lesiha did a great job with me. There was a back up and it took forever to get my dress in, like 7 months! However, she was polite each time I called to ask about it and when it did go over the 4 months mark she tried very hard to get the company to go a little faster! It could have been a mess but she did everything that she could to make sure that it got there. I ordered the dress almost 13 months before the wedding so we had plenty of time. Great experience. She was very pleasant to work with.

I bought my dress here because we had received very attentive service on our first visit and because I wanted to support a local business. Leisha, the owner, is very friendly and was very willing to match prices with competitors, which I really appreciated. The only issue I had with the service when it came to my dress was that a few times we had to call and remind her to follow up on things. We alo dealt with another salesperson on a return visit who was supposed to measure me for extra length since I am pretty tall. Unfortunately she didn't tell us the right amount, because I had to get shorter shoes than I had planned because the dress was a little short. I also ordered my bridesmaid's dresses here, and we had a slightly different experience. We were again offered a good price, and we didn't have any problems with the ordering process. However, when the dresses arrived, some of them were WAY too small (we're talking 6 inches of gap where the dress wouldn't close in the back). The salesperson in the shop on that day was extremely unhelpful. She didn't apologize for the problem, didn't offer suggestions, and in fact just stood around staring and saying nothing. We had no choice but to take the dresses because the girls were from out of state and had to leave the next day. Fortunately the owner was much more helpful once we got in touch with her. She placed a rush order of extra fabric at no charge and offered to help pay for the extensive alterations. Overall, I would say Pearls and Lace is a good place to avoid the crowds and get a good price on your dress. Unfortunately, we found the service to be a little spotty. Just be careful which of the salespeople you deal with, because some are much more friendly, helpful, and professional than others.

Leisha was FANTASTIC! I could not have found a more perfect place to try on dresses. I loved every minute. They were not pushy at all, they were VERY helpful and understanding. The helped me with figuring out what I could afford and never pushed for anything over. It was the best experience I have had. All of my bridesmaids said they would go there. I can't say it enough. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVED this store. Thank you!!!

I got my bridesmaid dresses there and I had so many compliments on them. They were wonderful. One of my bridesmaids got measured at much larger a size then she was and they took care of it right away and I only stressed a little bit. They were so nice, I wish I would have gotten my wedding dress there because they are so attentive.

Leisha from Pearls and Lace was fantastic to work with, however some of the wedding party had a different experience with other employees. Leisha was always very accomodating and got back to us immediately. The wedding dress turned out beautiful after alterations which were needed because we ordered too small of a size.

I absolutely loved my dress! I felt like a princess in it and the staff was wonderful to work with. They really cared about making sure that I was happy with my purchase.

My experience at Pearls and Lace was amazing. I felt very honored. Leisha treated me and my mom so well. She was excited with us as she worked with us. She is very prompt with her service and returning phone calls. The dress was gorgeous and was pressed the day of my wedding for my convenience. The whole experience was perfect. It's a beautiful shop and ran very well.

Special ordered a tiara for me last minute....it arrived in time and just as pretty as promised

Fantastic experience. Highly recommended. They worked with me to find the right dresses for my bridesmaids and style of dress for me even though I was making my dress. Very happy.
