From my very first phone conversation with Rita, she made feel relaxed and confident about the planning process. Rita is incredibly detailed, beyond organized, and regularly emailed me the updated to-do list so we kept on schedule. She is very well-known and respected among the wedding community and she was so helpful when interviewing and working with different vendors. She takes the time to really know and understand her clients, and therefore, she's able to find you the right vendors for your style & price range who will deliver exactly what you're hoping for. Not only did she absolutely keep us within our budget, we actually saved money because she was able to get us discounts with certain vendors. When my wedding weekend came, I was able to relax and enjoy myself because Rita had ensured that every detail was in order. She and her assistant for my wedding day, Lauren, made sure that any potential disaster or mistake was immediately corrected...all without me having to spend a moment thinking about it! I can honestly say that Rita was worth every penny and my wedding would not have come together as smoothly and within budget as it did without her help. Thank you, Rita!

Wow - what can I say? Rita was easy to work with, professional and creative. She was able to smooth over unpleasant situations and work on our behalves. She found the most wonderful vendors for us to work with and I hope to use them as much as possible in the future. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Rita Swanson is an extremely professional, competent, and warm wedding/event planner. Her experience and knowledge of the wedding marketplace and local vendors was very helpful. I was desperate to find some help planning my wedding and I left a message in a panic one night after 10pm. Rita called me back first thing in the morning and I knew I had found the perfect company to help me! She sent Amanda over to meet with us and we knew immediately it was a perfect fit! Our entire wedding was amazing and I didn't worry about a thing - especially the day of! I could have never done it with out her! It would be virtually impossible to remain stress free on your wedding day with out the confidence of knowing you have a professional handling anything that pops up. I would recommend Rita and her team to everyone I know planning a wedding no matter what stage you are at, they can design a package to work with what you need and their costs were very reasonable. Not to mention, the deals they can negotiate for you through their industry knowledge and connections (this is something I couldn't have done myself)!
